Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to implement, configure, and optimize laboratory automation and IT systems across customer environments. This role involves on-site and remote support, training delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will analyze workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive adoption of automation solutions. The position requires Italian and English fluency, 50–70% travel across Europe, and a remote-friendly working model.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and laboratory workflows.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional EU language a plus.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective system adoption.
