Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is hiring for a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of laboratory automation and IT solutions at customer sites. The role requires travel across Italy/Europe, delivering on-site and remote technical support, and training to lab staff.

Fluency in Italian and English is essential; one EU language is a plus. The position reports to the Workflow & IT Manager within the Customer Service EMEA team.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience with laboratory automation and diagnostic systems.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic IT systems and middleware.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional EU language desired.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of lab automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support; troubleshoot to ensure reliability.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers; ensure effective adoption.
• Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation.
• Act as technical expert for automation solutions with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high quality standards in implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D for project delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of system activities.
