Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher company, seeks a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to implement, configure, and optimize laboratory automation and IT workflows. You will work with laboratory staff and customers to deploy solutions that improve efficiency and reliability.

Based in Italy with remote work options, the role requires travel 50–70% across Italy and Europe, delivering training and supporting system deployments while collaborating with Sales, PMO, Service and R&D teams.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Computer Science (Master’s preferred).
Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
Proficiency with IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies.
Fluency in Italian and English, plus one additional EU language (Spanish, French, or German).
Travel 50–70% across Italy or Europe, and flexible hours as needed.

Mansioni

Install, configure, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting for reliability and performance.
Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers, ensuring effective system adoption.
Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation improvements.
Act as a technical expert in automation solutions for customers and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, PMO, Service, R&D) to ensure project delivery.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements.
