DHL Group in Liscate, Lombardy, is seeking a skilled WMS Super User Coordinator to bridge Operations and IT and ensure the efficiency and continuity of warehouse management systems.

You will support daily operations, assist with new customer implementations, and lead training for end users while driving process improvements across the site.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role within Logistics, Supply Chain or Contract Logistics environments.
• Experience with WMS, preferably Blue Yonder/JDA.
• Experience in incident management and operational troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL or similar query languages.

• Act as the site Super User for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related applications.
• Support warehouse operations by troubleshooting system issues and coordinating resolution activities with internal IT teams and external providers.
• Monitor system performance and ensure business continuity for warehouse operations.

We are looking for a talented and proactive WMS Super User Coordinator in Liscate.

This role is a key point of reference between Operations and IT, ensuring the efficiency, stability and continuous improvement of warehouse management systems while supporting daily operations and new customer implementations.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the site Super User for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related applications.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within Logistics, Supply Chain or Contract Logistics environments.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Blue Yonder/JDA.
• Experience in application support, incident management and operational troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of warehouse processes and logistics operations.
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL or similar query languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic operational environment.
• Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.

Salary Package:

€37,000 - €45,000 gross annual salary.
