Venchi, with its HQ in Milan, seeks a Wholesale Marketing Manager to elevate brand presence across Wholesale and Travel Retail globally. You will coordinate channel marketing activations, manage external agencies, and align with Global Marketing to drive sales and visibility.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in Trade Marketing, deep Wholesale expertise, and strong stakeholder management. Fluency in English is required, with Italian as a plus in a fast-paced, international team.

Your Mission

We are looking for a highly motivated Wholesale Marketing Manager to join our HQ based in Milan! Reporting to the Global Senior Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence in the Wholesale and Travel Retail channels, with a global scope. This role will serve as a key hub in coordinating and executing brand activations and initiatives, being the main point of contact for the Wholesale Team for channel marketing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a proper channel marketing strategy tailored to wholesale sub-channels (Key Accounts, Distributors, Travel Retail, Franchising, Traditional) to increase sales, product visibility, market share.
• Scout, manage and collaborate with external agencies to design dedicated displays and tools for Wholesale and Travel Retail, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Own the Wholesale Catalogue project multi-functional creation and lead the process of sharing with Customers, in alignment with Wholesale Team.
• Adapt visual merchandising guidelines based on product assortments, working closely with Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure consistency, through planogram management for key accounts and prioritary activations.
• Supervise and project-manage the most relevant fairs and events for the Wholesale and Travel Retail business, to ensure global consistency in Venchi's presence.
• Oversee the execution of pop-ups and special activations, aimed to drive sales and visibility in high traffic locations.
• Analyze Wholesale channel performance, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize channel-specific marketing tactics.
• Create a comprehensive activation plan, aligned with Global Marketing guidelines, incorporating in-store experiences and promotional guidelines.
• Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain the brand's competitive edge in Wholesale and Travel Retail channels.

The Ideal Candidate

Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with a proven track record in channel marketing management, and creating best practices for Wholesale channels.

Strong expertise in Wholesale channels and in-depth understanding of their unique dynamics.

Effective communicator, skilled at engaging stakeholders at all levels to clearly articulate Venchi's strategic vision.

Commercially astute, with the ability to assess market trends, identify trade opportunities, and translate insights into actionable plans.

Project management driven and experienced in collaborating with external agencies to achieve business goals.

Based in Milan and experienced in working on a Global scale.

Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.... and of course a chocolate and gelato lover!
