Venchi, a heritage Italian chocolatier, seeks a dynamic Key Account Executive Travel Retail EMEA based at our Milan HQ to drive growth across airports, duty free and strategic hubs. You will expand Venchi’s presence, manage partnerships, and ensure brand consistency across the EMEA region.

You will work with Wholesale, Marketing, Retail and Operations, traveling up to 30% to unlock opportunities, monitor trends and deliver sustainable revenue.

Competenze

• 4–6 years in Travel Retail, international sales, business development or key account management.
• Proven experience growing international markets, managing travel retail operators and distributors.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in business planning, forecasting and performance analysis.

Mansioni

• Drive Travel Retail growth across EMEA; achieve sales, distribution and profitability targets.
• Develop opportunities with airports, duty free operators and distributors in line with Venchi growth.
• Manage and expand client relationships; lead negotiations and annual business plans.
• Monitor sales performance and market trends to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design launches, activations and visibility plans.
• Ensure brand standards and retail excellence across markets and partners.
• Conduct regular market visits and competitive analysis; gather insights for decisions.
• Onboard and develop new distributors and partners to sustain growth.
