Venchi, the Italian chocolate and gelato brand, seeks a Wholesale Marketing Manager for its Milan HQ. You will lead channel marketing initiatives for Wholesale and Travel Retail with a global scope, coordinating brand activations and acting as the main contact for the Wholesale Team.

Based in Milan, you will collaborate with Global Marketing and Sales to drive visibility, displays, and activations, manage agencies, and oversee fairs and events while maintaining Venchi's brand identity and

Competenze

• 5+ years in Trade Marketing, with wholesale channel ownership.
• Proven ability to design channel marketing for wholesale sub-channels.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management at all levels.

Mansioni

• Design and implement channel marketing strategy for wholesale sub-channels.
• Collaborate with external agencies for displays and tools.
• Own the Wholesale Catalogue project and share with Customers.
• Lead planogram management and activations for key accounts.
• Plan and manage trade fairs and events for global consistency.
• Oversee pop-ups and activations to boost sales and visibility.
• Analyze channel performance and optimize tactics.
• Create activation plans aligned with Global Marketing guidelines.
• Monitor market trends and emerging tech for opportunities.
