Job summary

ERG Media seeks a commercial + operations professional to own a portfolio of wholesale accounts and to streamline the order-to-fulfillment process. You will coordinate warehouse fulfilment, manage international shipments, and oversee export and customs paperwork.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will sit at the center of a process we are actively redesigning, ensuring data integrity and excellent customer communication across time zones.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years inSales, account management, or wholesale operations.
• Hands-on experience with logistics and warehouse coordination.
• Experience exporting goods internationally, including customs paperwork.
• Strong written English.
• Available for overlap with Central European Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of narrow-liner wholesale accounts, from prospecting and outreach through to closing.
• Run the logistics—coordinate with warehouse and fulfilment partners so orders ship accurately and on time.
• Manage international shipping and export—prepare and check customs paperwork, work with freight forwarders and brokers, ensure smooth cross-border movement.
• Keep the CRM, store-finder listing, and consignment stock reporting clean.
• Keep customers happy—handle order confirmations, stock and shipping updates, and day-to-day queries.
