Berlin Packaging is seeking an Account Coordinator to manage client relationships from initial briefs through order execution and replenishment. You will act as the main operational contact between clients and Sales, NPD, Operations, Planning, Quality, and Finance, ensuring a seamless, high-service experience.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Project Coordination, or Order Management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customers and manage relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities for new product launches and ensure timely delivery.
• Process customer orders accurately and monitor status to delivery.
• Oversee replenishment and ongoing business management to prevent disruptions.
• Track KPIs, document processes, and support continuous improvement.
