Berlin Packaging EMEA is seeking a proactive Account Coordinator to manage client relationships across the full project lifecycle, from initial briefs for new product launches to order management and replenishment. You’ll coordinate between Sales, NPD, Operations, Planning, Quality, and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.

With 2–3 years in Account Management or related roles, you will leverage Excel and ERP/CRM systems to monitor orders, forecast needs, and support continuous

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–3 years in Account Management, Customer Service, Project Coordination, or Order Management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• French/Spanish would be a plus.
