Franklin Electric EMENA is seeking a technically skilled professional to support sales and provide world-class technical representation for water systems distributors and contractors in Italy. The role includes on-site training, seminars, and field issue resolution.

Applicants should have a engineering background with 3–5 years in technical sales or water systems, and fluency in English. Occasional travel up to 30% is required, and strong communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or high school technical diploma with electronics specialization.
• 3–5 years of technical, sales, or related water systems experience.

Mansioni

• Provide technical service and support on Franklin Electric water systems products, including motors, pumps, and electronic drives and controls.
• Guide testing and troubleshooting of Franklin products in water systems installations.
• Represent Franklin Electric at on-site installation meetings to resolve field issues.
• Present technical seminars to water systems distributors, dealers, and contractors.
• Write and submit weekly reports highlighting problems at sites or with customers or products.
• Provide specialized training to specific customers.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
