Franklin Electric in Italy is seeking a dynamic Sales / Marketing professional to grow sales and market share within assigned Italian accounts. You will develop and maintain contractor relationships, analyze opportunities, and implement regional sales strategies to drive profitability.

Responsibilities include promoting products like water pumps and related systems, presenting solutions to clients, collaborating with engineering and marketing teams, and traveling across Italy to meet customers

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the electrical, electronic or water industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Promote and sell Franklin Electric products to customers in Italy.

Description

Responsible for managing the growing of sales and market share with assigned accounts in Italy. Develops and maintains contractor accounts and reports on market opportunities and developments. Responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing sales strategies within the region to achieve profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Franklin Electric products, including water pumps, motors, and related systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Franklin Electric products.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to strategically position Franklin Electric in the market.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

• Salary Range (Gross Annual Salary): 30.000€ – 40.000€
• Company car
• Variable Compensation: Sales Bonus & Eligibility for the Premio di Risultato (PDR), in accordance with the applicable company agreement.
• Applications from candidates with different levels of seniority will be considered.
• The final job level and compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
