Jumeirah Capri Palace is seeking a dedicated Guest Services Executive - Concierge for the summer season 2027. The role involves greeting guests, assisting with check-in, and delivering personalized service by understanding preferences and special requirements.

You'll coordinate VIP amenities under guidance from senior colleagues, uphold SOPs and safety standards, manage reservations, and address guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism to enhance the guest experience.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in, orientation, and general inquiries.
• Handle guest requests with timely follow-up and cross-department communication.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities and local attractions to provide accurate information.
• Prepare and update guest profiles noting preferences and special requirements for personalized service.
• Assist in coordinating VIP amenities and special arrangements under guidance of senior team members.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, grooming standards, and health and safety protocols.
• Support the team in managing reservations, confirmations, and guest correspondence.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to senior colleagues.
• Promote hotel services and upsell opportunities to enhance guest experience and revenue.
