Job summary

Jumeirah Capri Palace is seeking a passionate Guest Services Executive - Front Office for the summer season 2027 to welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and ensure personalized service on the beautiful Capri island.

The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to fulfill guest needs, handling special requests, and upselling hotel amenities while maintaining high standards of safety and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out processes accurately and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring personalized service.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Executive Lounge, Recreation, and F&B to fulfill guest needs.
• Handle special requests such as transportation, dining reservations, and amenities.
• Resolve minor guest complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Promote hotel services and amenities, upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Support VIP and repeat guest recognition programs.
• Uphold safety, security, and privacy protocols at all times
