Confidential, an international fashion retail company, seeks a Vintage Creative & Sourcing Specialist to support in-store displays, pop-ups and brand activations by researching, sourcing, and coordinating production with the design team in Milan.

You will scout suppliers, manage budgets and timelines, and develop creative proposals aligned with brand identity, working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while fluent English is required.

Qualificações

• Experience in fashion, retail design, visual merchandising, interiors, events, or creative production.
• Exposure to high-profile creative, retail, and experiential projects.
• Strong knowledge of vintage furniture, design culture, materials, and sourcing channels.
• Proven ability to identify and manage suppliers, artisans, and external partners.
• Excellent research, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Strong aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus.

About the Role

• We are an international fashion retail company looking for a Vintage Creative & Sourcing Specialist to join our creative team. This role will support the development of our in-store display and retail experiences, pop-ups and special projects through research, sourcing, supplier production management, and project coordination. The figure will work closely with the design team following the creative brief, considering the project needs and the spaces to set up.
