Job summary

Hermès Italie is seeking a Stock Controller to ensure accurate and reliable stock management across its Milan stores. You will handle all stock flows, maintain system accuracy, and work closely with multiple departments to optimize operations.

The role requires fluency in Italian and English, a retail background, and strong Excel/IT tool proficiency. It offers a fixed-term, full-time contract with a starting gross salary of €30,000 and annual incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with analytical focus.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outbound product flows, coordinating between physical and system-based processes.
• Organize all stock spaces, ensuring tidiness and efficiency to optimize flows.
• Organize daily replenishment of stock spaces on the salesfloor.
• Work in cooperation with all Departments and Team.
• Coordinate local and international transfers between boutiques.
• Monitor and close expired reservations daily and reintegrate stock.
• Perform daily checks, negative stock, stock takes & cycle counts.
• Develop knowledge of all stock-related processes and tools.
