Job summary

Confidential, an international fashion retail company, seeks a Vintage Creative & Sourcing Specialist to support in-store displays, pop-ups and brand activations by researching, sourcing, and coordinating production with the design team in Milan.

You will scout suppliers, manage budgets and timelines, and develop creative proposals aligned with brand identity, working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion, retail design, visual merchandising, interiors, events, or creative production.
• Exposure to high-profile creative, retail, and experiential projects.
• Strong knowledge of vintage furniture, design culture, materials, and sourcing channels.
• Proven ability to identify and manage suppliers, artisans, and external partners.
• Excellent research, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Strong aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on vintage furniture, design pieces, decorative objects, fabrics and materials, according to the heritage of the Company or the special project.
• Scout, develop, and manage a network of suppliers, artisans, dealers, and production partners.
• Source furniture, objects, props, and custom elements for in store display, pop up, special events, and brand activations.
• Develop creative proposals and sourcing solutions aligned with brand identity and project objectives.
• Coordinate ad hoc productions, ensuring alignment with quality, timing, and creative expectations.
• Support budget monitoring and supplier negotiations throughout the project lifecycle.
