CONFIDENZIALE is seeking a Senior Menswear Fashion Designer for a new luxury project based in Milan. You will lead the design of contemporary luxury menswear, blending tailoring with street culture and sport influences to elevate the brand language.

You should have strong industry experience, a deep knowledge of luxury product development, and the ability to work independently within a creative team. Fluent English and Italian are required to collaborate with global partners.

For a new luxury fashion project based in Milan, we are currently looking for a Senior Menswear Fashion Designer to join the creative team.
The project focuses on contemporary luxury menswear, combining tailoring, street culture, sport influences and elevated design language.
We are looking for a strong creative profile with solid industry experience and deep knowledge of luxury product development

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing menswear collections
• Researching fabrics, silhouettes and creative direction
• Following the collection from concept to final development
• Working closely with suppliers, pattern makers and production teams
• Supporting fittings and collection execution
• Contributing to the overall visual and creative identity of the brand

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury fashion company
• Strong menswear design background
• Excellent knowledge of luxury product development and fabrics

• Based in Milan or available to relocate
• Fluent English and Italian are mandatory.
