This role demands a driven individual who excels in sourcing and negotiating with international suppliers, ensuring product quality and cost efficiency. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing sourcing or product development and be fluent in both English and Italian. • Familiar with international shipping, import procedures, and supplier compliance.

We are seeking a driven, detail-obsessed creative individual to join our team as an International Sourcing & Product Development Specialist. This role is about persistence, creativity, and execution: the person who never gives up, who tracks down the impossible, and who turns vision into tangible products and experiences.

What you’ll do

• Source and secure the best international suppliers and manufacturers for interiors, lifestyle products, and skincare packaging/components.
• Negotiate deals to ensure outstanding quality and cost efficiency.
• Research products and materials to support interior design/hospitality projects and Seed to Skin product development.
• Work closely with management and creative teams to bring projects to life.

Who you are

• Experienced in interiors, or lifestyle product development, with a refined creative eye.
• Proven track record in manufacturing sourcing and product development (minimum 2 years).
• Skilled negotiator with strong business acumen and supplier management experience.
• Fluent in English and Italian (other languages a plus).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple complex projects.
• Familiar with international shipping, import procedures, and supplier compliance.
• Digital savvy, comfortable with purchase order systems and IT tools.
