Borgo Pignano Tuscany Relais & Châteaux in Tuscany seeks an experienced Spa Therapist for the 2027 season. You will welcome guests and deliver treatments in line with Relais & Châteaux standards, ensuring a personalized and impeccable service.

The ideal candidate holds a Beauty Therapist / Esthetician qualification, has at least 1 year of spa experience, fluent English and Italian, and is ready to work flexible shifts in a luxury, sustainability-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification as a Beauty Therapist / Esthetician.
• 1 year of experience in the same or a similar position preferred.
• Knowledge of wellness industry, holistic and deep-tissue massages, facial and body treatments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure satisfaction throughout their experience.
• Perform treatments and massages per company standards.
• Use products and equipment per standards and procedures.
• Keep the Spa stocked and well‑equipped.

Your Next Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and hospitality-driven Spa Therapist to join our team for the 2027 season. You will be an important point of contact for our guests and will represent the image and values of Borgo Pignano Tuscany throughout their stay. You will work closely with the Spa Manager and other operational departments to ensure a personalized and impeccable service, in accordance with Relais & Châteaux standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, greet them courteously, and ensure their satisfaction throughout their experience.
• Perform treatments and massages in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Use products and equipment in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Ensure that the Spa is always properly stocked and fully equipped.
• Pay particular attention to grooming standards and professional appearance.
• Comply with the hygiene standards of the department.
• Ensure compliance with Relais & Châteaux and Borgo Pignano Tuscany standards in every interaction with guests.

The Profile We Are Looking For

• Professional qualification as a Beauty Therapist / Esthetician.
• Previous experience in the same or a similar position is preferred (at least 1 year).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the wellness industry, particularly holistic and deep-tissue/decontracting massages, facial and body treatments, and basic beauty treatments.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Italian.
• Valid Category B driving licence in Italy and own vehicle.
• Preferably resident in the local area.
