Four Seasons Danieli, Venice, is seeking a skilled Sommelier to elevate the dining experience with expert wine knowledge and refined service. You will guide guests on pairings and deliver engaging wine service in a luxury setting.

Bring 2–3 years of wine service experience, fluency in English and Italian, and CMS/WSET credentials to participate in staff training and collaborate with culinary leadership on seasonal wine pairings.

Competenze

• Minimum 2–3 years of sommelier or wine service experience in luxury hotel, fine dining, or Michelin-starred restaurant.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Certified Sommelier qualification from CMS; WSET Level 2/3 preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Refined sense of taste and attention to detail with a passion for wine experiences.

Mansioni

• Provide expert wine recommendations, advise guests on pairings, and deliver personalized wine service.
• Curate, update, and maintain the wine list in line with budget and guest preferences.
• Oversee day-to-day wine service and stock rotation.
• Conduct staff training on wine knowledge and beverage program elements.
• Manage wine inventory, including ordering, receiving, storage, and counts.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to develop harmonious food and wine pairings.
