Job summary

EDAG Italia seeks a Vehicle Integration, Trim & Chassis Analysis Engineer to provide high-quality technical support in vehicle integration, quality and troubleshooting activities. You will analyze interior, exterior, trim and chassis components across pre-series and low-volume vehicles, identify root causes, and contribute to cross-functional problem-solving during development.

The role requires a technical degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, hands-on experience with fitment and NVH

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in vehicle integration, testing, troubleshooting or automotive quality.
• Knowledge of vehicle architecture, chassis, interiors and assembly processes.
• English written and spoken proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in challenging automotive projects across development phases from prototype to series.
• Analyze and troubleshoot interior, exterior, trim and chassis components on pre-series and low-volume vehicles.
• Develop knowledge of vehicle architecture with hands-on experience in integration, fitment and assembly quality.
• Investigate non-conformities, root causes and support technical solutions.
• Perform assessments including gap, flush, alignment and assembly conditions.
• Prepare technical reports and coordinate findings with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Testing and Manufacturing teams.

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on VEHICLE INTEGRATION, TRIM & CHASSIS ANALYSIS ENGINEER to provide high-quality technical support to our customers in vehicle integration, quality and troubleshooting activities.

• Participate in challenging automotive projects across different vehicle development phases, from prototype development through series production
• Analyze and troubleshoot interior, exterior, trim and chassis components on pre-series and low-volume series vehicles
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of vehicle architecture, interiors, exteriors, trim and chassis systems, with hands-on experience in vehicle integration, fitment and assembly quality
• Investigate component non-conformities, assembly problems and vehicle integration issues, identifying root causes and supporting effective technical solutions
• Perform technical assessments including gap & flush, alignment, fitment and assembly conditions
• Develop expertise in NVH, vibration and vehicle noise troubleshooting through analysis and comparative assessment between vehiclesPrepare technical reports, track issues and contribute to technical discussions throughout the vehicle development process
• Work closely with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Testing and Manufacturing teams, coordinating technical findings and supporting cross-functional problem-solving activities

Your Skills That Will Help Us to Get Ahead:

• Technical degree in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or equivalent
• Professional experience in vehicle integration, testing, troubleshooting or automotive quality
• Good understanding of vehicle architecture, chassis, interiors, exteriors and assembly processes
• Experience with fitment, gap & flush, dimensional or NVH analysis is considered an advantage
• Practical and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of English, written and spoken

Total compensation:

• Contract type: [Permanent ]
• Gross annual salary (RAL): €[30.000] – €[45.000] (determined on the basis of objective, neutral, and verifiable criteria)
• Smart working: individual remote working agreements
