EDAG Italia is seeking a skilled Vehicle Integration Engineer to provide high-quality support to customers. You will manage vehicle requirements, monitor targets vs. test cases, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and drive technical solutions across ICE and BEV platforms.

Join a team focused on delivering integrated vehicle systems, with emphasis on alignment to timelines, quality expectations, and remote-working arrangements where applicable.

Competenze

• 2-5 years of experience in Vehicle Integration activities within the automotive industry.
• Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
• Experience with cross-functional coordination and project timelines.

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Vehicle Integration Engineer to provide high quality support to our customers.

• Management of vehicle requirements, including status overview and deployment to systems level
• Vehicle targets achievement monitoring vs. test cases, in collaboration with Validation Engineer
• Technical plans risks identification and consistency check vs. proto and testing milestones, including HW and SW integration
• Coordinate technical development at vehicle level, coordinating internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate technical trade-off process, managing conflicts and driving the team to identify technical solutions
• Technical issues management (tracking and reporting) from identification to solution implementation
• Performance management, defining and verifying the key vehicle-level attributes and features integration specific to ICE or BEV vehicles
• Support cross-functional alignment and ensure communication of project development aspects
• Ensure alignment with project timelines and quality expectations

Your skills that will help us to get ahead:

• Whole Vehicle view and knowledge (chassis, cab, powertrain, HV systems)
• Good knowledge of commercial vehicle development processes
• Comprehensive technical experience on ICE or BEV commercial and industrial vehicles
• Vehicle Requirements management and deployment to systems target setting
• Knowledge of vehicle architecture and integration processes
• Comprehensive understanding of vehicle performance and requirements (e.g. safety, NVH, durability, …)
• Analysis of CAE and test results
• Experience with Design Validation Plan (DVP) and prototype/testing plans
• 2-5 years of experience in Vehicle Integration activities within the automotive industry
• Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken)

Total compensation:

• Contract type: [Permanent ]
• Gross annual salary (RAL): €[37K] – €[45K] (determined on the basis of objective, neutral, and verifiable criteria)
• Smart working: individual remote working agreements
• Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility
