EDAG Group in Torino seeks a skilled mechanical engineer to lead multidisciplinary vehicle development teams and drive exterior and trim programs from concept to industrialization.

You will manage plans, milestones, and resources, coordinate with Design, CAE, Testing, Manufacturing, Quality and Purchasing, and serve as the primary technical interface with OEMs.

Fluency in Italian and English required; German is a plus. Permanent contract with hybrid remote options and a 40-hour week.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive or commercial vehicle engineering.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing technical projects.
• Fluent Italian and English; German knowledge is an advantage.

Your skills that will help us to get ahead:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive or commercial vehicle engineering;
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing technical projects;
• Solid experience in the development of Exteriors & Trim components and systems for automotive or commercial vehicles;
• Strong understanding of vehicle architecture, systems integration, and product development processes;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and engineering governance;
• Familiarity with CAD and PLM environments;
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken. German knowledge is considered an advantage.

Total compensation:

• Contract type: Permanent contract
• Gross annual salary (RAL): €37.000 – €45.000 (determined on the basis of objective, neutral, and verifiable criteria)
• Benefits: meal vouchers €6.50, corporate agreements/discounts
• Smart working: individual remote working agreements
• Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility
