LONGi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer for utility-scale projects in Lombardy, Italy. You will manage the technical delivery, commissioning, and operational support across the full project lifecycle, coordinating with EPCs, integrators and OEMs to ensure successful execution and handover to operations.

The role requires experience in large-scale BESS, grid integration, and high-voltage systems, with a strong focus on safety, standards, and stakeholder alignment.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of project handover from Sales/Presales after contract closure.
• Manage full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects with EPCs, integrators and suppliers.
• Oversee commissioning, grid integration, and system energization, ensuring grid compliance and safety.
• Coordinate post-commissioning support, preventive maintenance, and service activities.
• Act as the primary technical contact among customers, EPCs, OEMs and internal teams.
