LONGi Solar in Ferrara, Italy, seeks a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer for utility-scale projects. You will own technical delivery, commissioning and ongoing support after contract closure, coordinating with customers, EPCs and OEMs to ensure smooth project execution.

The role requires 5–10 years in utility-scale renewables, strong grid integration knowledge, and willingness to travel to sites. You will manage risks, ensure safety standards, and enable seamless handover to operations.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar+storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.
• Strong understanding of grid integration and high voltage systems.

Mansioni

• Oversee full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects.
• Coordinate with EPCs, integrators, and equipment suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with technical specs, grid requirements, and safety standards.
• Manage project risks and coordinate issue resolution.
• Lead project handover from sales/presales and provide operations support.
