LONGi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer for utility-scale projects in Italy. You will oversee execution and lifecycle support after project closure, coordinating with customers and internal teams on design, grid requirements, and schedules.

The role requires 5–10 years in renewable energy or power infrastructure, experience with large-scale BESS, and travel to project sites. You will manage commissioning, grid integration, and long-term service activities, ensuring safety and

Competenze

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or related field.
5–10 years experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.
Strong understanding of grid integration and high-voltage systems.

Mansioni

Take ownership of projects after commercial contract closure.
Review project scope: design, grid requirements, performance guarantees, and schedules.
Manage full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects.
Coordinate with EPCs, integrators and equipment suppliers.
Oversee commissioning and grid integration, including energization and testing.
Provide post-commissioning support and long-term service planning.
