Job summary

Saipem in Milano, Lombardia, seeks a Utilities & Offsite Process Lead to manage a dedicated team within the PROTEC function and ENCAR business line. You will oversee engineering design for flare, steam, power, heat transfer fluids, and water treatment while coordinating projects and budgets.

The role requires a Master’s/Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, 5+ years in Oil & Gas, fluency in Italian and English, and proficiency with HYSYS, UNISIM, Pipenet, and Flare System Analyzer.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 5 years as a Utilities & Offsite Process Lead within Oil & Gas.
• Italian and English languages required.
• Knowledge of main process simulators (HYSYS, UNISIM, Pipenet, Flare System Analyzer).

Responsibilities

• Project coordination and leadership of the process team.
• Engineering planning, man-hours and cost budget monitoring.
• Design of utilities, heat transfer fluid, steam and power systems, and waste water treatment.
