Saipem is seeking a Utilities & Offsite Process Lead in Lombardy, Italy. You will manage a dedicated team within PROTEC/ENCAR, coordinating projects, planning engineering man-hours and budgets, and evaluating technical bids.

Requirements include a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering and 5+ years in the Oil & Gas sector, with knowledge of HYSYS, UNISIM, Pipenet and Flare System Analyzer. Travel may be required. Hybrid work model and extensive corporate benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 5 years as Utilities & Offsite Process Lead in Oil & Gas.
• Knowledge of main process simulators: HYSYS, UNISIM, Pipenet, Flare System Analyzer.
• Willingness to travel abroad for projects.

Responsabilités

• Project coordination and leadership.
• Engineering man-hours and cost budget planning and monitoring.
• Engineering planning, progress control and reporting.
• Engineering technical bid evaluation.
• Design of flare and blowdown systems, heat transfer fluids, steam and power generation, and other utilities.
