Saipem is seeking a Piping Flexibility Engineer in the Milan area to join the ENCAR (Energy Carriers) Division. The role focuses on piping layout for industrial plants across oil & gas, petrochemical, renewables and FPSO sectors, with emphasis on stress analysis and compliance to international standards.

Ideal candidates are graduates with up to 2 years of experience, fluent in English and Italian, and eager to learn calculation tools, supporting design and field activities as needed.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mansioni

• Assist in the layout design of industrial plants in the oil & gas, petrochemical, renewables, and FPSO sectors.
• Understand piping stress analysis requirements in the Energy Industry.
• Learn and master calculation software and piping engineering support tools.
• Read and understand contractual documents and International Standards.
• Perform selection of piping stress critical lines following contractual requirements and standards.
• Develop detailed engineering of stress calculations and support design.
• Verify issued documentation by service providers or third parties.
• Support workflows between Piping Engineering and other departments.
