AVASO Technology Solutions seeks an Onsite Support Engineer to join our Turin team. You will provide hands-on IT support to end users, both on-site and remotely, with a strong focus on customer service and timely issue resolution.

The role requires 2+ years of desktop support experience, solid knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux, and proficiency with AD and remote desktop tools. You will install and maintain desktops, troubleshoot networks, and contribute to documentation and IT security

Competenze

• 2+ years of desktop support experience.
• Strong proficiency with Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.
• Experience with Active Directory and remote desktop tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site and remote desktop support for users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Deploy operating systems and software updates.
• Manage support tickets and document resolutions.
