Fastweb + Vodafone in Milan seeks a Treasury professional to manage liquidity, cash forecasting, and end-to-end treasury operations within a hybrid work model.

You will monitor FCF, handle guarantees for bids and contracts, coordinate insurance coverages, and support debt collection with a client-focused mindset. Fluency in English and SAP experience are valued.

Mansioni

• Manage ordinary treasury: cash receipts, payments and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report Free Cash Flow (FCF).
• Prepare and update short/medium-term cash forecasts.
• End-to-end management of passive guarantees for bids and contracts: issuance, renewals, modifications and releases; monitor expirations and banking interfaces; report periodically.
• Support management of corporate insurance coverages (policies, renewals, claims; broker interface).
• Oversee non-business debt collection activities, monitor positions and priorities.

Treasury professional

for the Team

Treasury & Insurance

In qualita’ di Treasury professional le tue attivita’ e responsabilita’ saranno le seguenti:

• Gestione della tesoreria ordinaria: monitoraggio incassi, pagamenti e riconciliazioni bancarie
• Monitoraggio, analisi e reporting del Free Cash Flow (FCF)
• Predisposizione e aggiornamento delle previsioni di cassa (breve/medio periodo)
• Gestione end-to-end delle fideiussioni passive (bid e performance bond) per gare e contratti: emissione, rinnovi, modifiche e svincoli, monitoraggio scadenze ed esposizioni, gestione dei rapporti operativi con istituti bancari e interfaccia con le Business Unit, con predisposizione di reportistica periodica
• Supporto nella gestione delle coperture assicurative aziendali (polizze, rinnovi, sinistri, interfaccia con broker)
• Gestione delle attività di recupero crediti non business, con monitoraggio delle posizioni aperte e supporto nell’individuazione delle priorità di intervento.

REQUISITI ESSENZIALI

• Competenze nella gestione della liquidità e tesoreria operativa – analisi flussi di cassa - FCF e strutture di cash pooling.
• Conoscenza degli strumenti di garanzia e normative: codice Civile e prassi bancarie anche in ambito di Gare.
• Conoscenza e comprensione delle differenti coperture assicurative.
• Conoscenza del ciclo del credito e delle tecniche di recupero crediti.
• Conoscenza dei seguenti applicativi: Excel, Pacchetto Office.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
• Autonomia, approccio analitico, precisione ed attenzione al dettaglio.
• Orientamento al risultato, flessibilità e attenzione al cliente Interno ed Esterno.
• Conoscenza SAP.

REQUISITI NICE TO HAVE

• Conoscenza Piteco.
