Fastweb, parte di Fastweb + Vodafone, offre uno stage nel team Cost & Contract Management presso la sede di Milano, con modalita ibrida. Il ruolo prevede gestione operativa e governance del budget, interfaccia con fornitori e supporto al procurement.

La risorsa entrerà in un team dynamico e motivato, con focus sull’analisi dei costi, la raccolta della produzione mensile e la gestione di consuntivi/forecast, fornendo supporto alle fasi di qualificazione, preventivi, anomalie su fatture e al team

At Fastweb + Vodafone, we are looking for a INTERNSHIP – Cost & Contract Management for the Team Technological Sites & Energy Management

DESCRIZIONE E SCOPO DEL RUOLO

La risorsa sarà inserita nel team di Cost & Contract Management della funzione Energy & Technological Sites, un gruppo dinamico e motivato che analizza i principali costi generati dal team confrontandosi periodicamente con le altre funzioni aziendali, in particolare con il team di Technology Planning e di Procurement. La nuova risorsa sarà inserita nelle seguenti attività: Nello svolgimento di attività operative periodiche come la richiesta di inserimento di nuove richieste di acquisto, la raccolta della produzione mensile, la gestione dei consuntivi nonché la governace del budget con attività di monitoring e forecast periodici. Interfaccia con i fornitori per supportarli nelle varie fasi (qualifica, preventivi, anomalie su fatture) e all’occorrenza con il team di amministrazione.

COSA IMPARERAI?

Gestione completa del ciclo di approvvigionamento (dalla gestione eventi sulla piattaforma di procurement all'ordine) Governance del budget: preventivo, consuntivo e forecast, con focus sull'allineamento tra le esigenze operative e i vincoli di budget.

MUST HAVE

• Formazione economica-gestionale Doti di analisi e di sintesi dei dati; Proattività e orientamento al risultato; Attitudine al lavoro in team ed ottime capacità relazionali; Ottima conoscenza di Excel; Buona conoscenza lingua inglese.

NICE TO HAVE

• Conoscenza di SAP Conoscenza di Coupa Familiarità con Business Intelligence o strumenti di reporting/analytics Laurea in Economia o ingegneria gestionale o simili

RIMBORSO SPESE

• 1000 euro + T.R. The final financial offer may exceed the indicated value and will be determined based on demonstrated skills, the level of autonomy, and the actual scope of responsibility assumed in the role.
