Fastweb è alla ricerca di un Presale Solution Architect - Competence Center ICT&FASTcloud per il team ICT & Fast Cloud. La sede è Milano o Roma, in modalità ibrida. Si richiede laurea STEM e esperienza in prevendita/ingegneria, con conoscenze VMware e OpenStack, SQL e backup.

Competenze

• Laurea STEM obbligatoria e titoli validi.
• Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in prevendita o ingegneria.
• Conoscenza approfondita di VMware e OpenStack.
• Buona conoscenza di Oracle/MS SQL e backup (Veeam/Commvault).

Mansioni

• Gestire attività di prevendita per soluzioni ICT/FASTcloud.
• Raccogliere requisiti e progettare soluzioni Private Cloud/on prem.
• Preparare presentazioni tecniche, demo e PoC.
• Fornire supporto in handover a post‑vendita e contribuire all’evoluzione del portfolio Cloud.

At Fastweb + Vodafone, we are looking for a Presale Solution Architect - Competence Center ICT&FASTcloud for the Team ICT & Fast Cloud Competence Center.

In qualità di Solution Architect - Competence Center ICT&FASTcloud le tue attività e responsabilità saranno le seguenti:

• Posizionamento e qualificazione dei servizi Cloud
• Raccogliere e analizzare i requisiti dei clienti, progettando soluzioni tecniche in ambito Private Cloud e infrastrutture IT on premise
• Preparare e condurre presentazioni tecniche, demo e proof of concept
• Redigere documentazione tecnica d’offerta
• Identificare costi di una soluzione e modellizzazione di un Business Case
• Fornire supporto in fase di Handover dei progetti verso i team di post-vendita: Factory e Project Management
• Aggiornamento costantemente sulle tecnologie emergenti e contribuire allo sviluppo del portfolio Cloud di Fastweb
• Supportare e contribuire all’evoluzione e al consolidamento e corretto utilizzo di metodologie, processi, procedure e strumenti caratterizzanti l’attività di progettazione del Competence Center

I principali interlocutori saranno:

• I clienti del mercato B2B pubblico e privato (CxO, IT Manager)
• Il Key Account Manager e Sales Engineer
• Team di Ingegneria e Operation Team di Project & Service Management
• Vendor e System Integrator

REQUISITI ESSENZIALI

• Laurea in disciplina STEM
• Esperienza almeno triennale in team di progettazione: Prevendita o Ingegneria
• Conoscenza approfondita delle principali tecnologie di virtualizzazione: vmware by Broadcom e Openstack
• Buona conoscenza di architettura per Database relazionali: Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL
• Buona conoscenza di soluzioni di Backup: Veeam e Comvault
• Capacità di analisi e progettazione di architetture di Business Continuity e Disaster Recovery, finalizzate a garantire la resilienza dei servizi in ambienti Private Cloud e scenari on-premise
• Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla gestione di progetti complessi

REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI

• Possesso di certificazioni in ambito Cloud (es. vmware, Red Hat, Veeam, Hardware vendor), metodologie IT (es. ITIL v4) o architetturali (es. TOGAF)
• Buona Competenza nella progettazione di architetture basate su microservizi e conoscenza delle principali piattaforme di orchestrazione a container
• Conoscenza di tecnologie emergenti opensource in ambito di virtualizzazione
• Comprensione delle architetture infrastrutturali a supporto di carichi di lavoro AI/ML (es. gestione di cluster GPU)
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata

RETRIBUZIONE E INFORMAZIONI RIMANENTI

Retribuzione: a partire da 38k + variabile + auto
