Job summary

Kuoni Tumlare is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Support Intern based in Rome, Italy. You will assist in confirming service bookings with suppliers, handle calls, emails and chats, and support partners and Operations teams in a fast-paced, international setting.

Fluent Japanese, English and Italian are mandatory; you will learn to adapt across teams, assist on the road with customers, and grow within an inclusive, travel-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Japanese, English and Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support in confirming service bookings with suppliers.
• Handle calls, emails and chat messages.
