Job summary

Kuoni Tumlare in Rome offers an internship in the Operations department. You will oversee the complete operational lifecycle of tours, from master checks to post-tour analysis, ensuring smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.

You will contribute to developing destination content, negotiate competitive supplier rates, and assist with bookings for restaurants, guides and transport, while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English, and Italian skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Good business reporting / statistic producing skills.
• Bachelor in Tourism can be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete operational lifecycle of tours, from Master Check to Post-Tour analysis.
• Contribute to the development of new destination content and engaging proposals.
• Negotiate competitive rates with suppliers and manage advance bookings for services.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in tour coordination and customer service.
