Education First (EF Language Abroad) is seeking a Business Trainee for an on-site, 6-month internship in Rome. You will support the sales team, engage with prospective students via email and phone, and guide them through their journey with us until they return from their trip.

The role requires fluent Italian and working English, a passion for sales and travel, and a proactive, independent, team-oriented mindset. The position is based in Rome, full-time internship with on-site work.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian is required.
• Working fluency in English is required.
• Passion for sales, travel and language learning is essential.

Mansioni

• Maintain a high-volume of outbound tele-sales calls to prospective students.
• Motivate yourself and your team to reach sales goals with a positive, competitive attitude.
• Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students throughout the year.
• Build strong relationships with our global and diverse internal staff to provide students with the best EF experience.
