Key Responsibilities

• Manage export shipments (groupage with showcases, customer collection, forwarders)
• Study carriers' price offers to best meet the needs of domestic and export customers
• Ask the carrier for any notices of dispute not received and enter freight dispute orders if necessary
• Attend supplier meetings for annual negotiation of shipping contracts
• Arrange loading of trucks (transport, excluding courier services)
• Complete export documents (customs documents)
• Complete delivery notes for internal customers (special booklet)
• Organizing retrofit shipments with customer services and facilities
• Handling customer complaints (quality and quantity) and passing on information and corrective actions to internal customers
• Respect the customer's requests for deadlines (express, gold, special transport)

Requirements

• Professional experience in the role or similar of at least 4 years
• Management experience: preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions, managing similar activities
• Languages: English and second Language
• Highest Education Level: Degree in Economics
