CEVA Logistics in Milan, Italy, is seeking an Air Export Coordinator to manage international air export shipments, coordinating operations and ensuring timely, compliant execution. You will handle documentation, routing, data updates in the transport management system, invoicing, and reporting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Proficiency in English is required.

• Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and related documentation.

Mansioni

• Shipment management: Collect and verify order and shipment information, plan transport (routing), and optimize operational execution.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage the necessary documentation (invoices, packing lists, transport documents, etc.), ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Monitoring: Oversee shipments, update data in the transport management system, and handle communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Invoicing: Validate documentation, manage internal and external invoicing, and send invoices to customers.
• Reporting: Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to the manager to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating international air export shipments, ensuring timely and compliant execution of all operations. You will support CEVA Logistics’ commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth.

Salary package

Contract type: Permanent

Working hours: Full-Time

Gross annual salary / RAL: € 30.000 – € 40.000
