Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Manager of the Customer Success team for Southern Europe. You will lead a 7-8 person team to drive adoption, retention and expansion of Trading Workflow clients, reporting to the Head of Customer Success, Sales & Trading EMEA.

You will shape regional/global CSM programs, recruit and develop talent, and collaborate with sales, operations and product strategy to maximize customer value and executive engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of Customer Success professionals.
• Strong track record in driving retention, adoption and expansion.
• Ability to collaborate across sales, operations and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of CSMs with trading industry expertise.
• Develop and execute regional/global CSM programs and KPIs.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop talent to meet Customer Success mandate.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and product strategy to ensure alignment with retention campaigns.
• Monitor customer health, renewals and expansion opportunities; report metrics.
• Provide thought leadership to shape the CSM organisation at regional/global levels.
