Kering Eyewear in Italy seeks a Junior Trade Marketing Manager to drive end-to-end Trade Marketing activities across EM EMEA emerging markets. You will orchestrate executions across channels, manage cross-functional projects, and translate insights into actions that elevate brand experiences.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• +5 years of experience in Trade Marketing in international environments (tech, consumer electronics, fashion).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Orchestrate Trade Marketing execution across markets and channels.
• Own end-to-end project management: from briefing to rollout, tracking execution and optimizing performance in real time.
• Drive and coordinate all internal stakeholders and external partners in cross-functional projects.
• Capture and translate markets feedback, needs, and insights into actionable improvements.
• Analyze performance data, consolidate results, and share clear, data-driven recommendations with stakeholders.
• Manage and optimize BTL budgets, ensuring strong ROI and strategic allocation of resources.
