Safilo Group S.p.A. in Padova is seeking a Global Brand Manager to lead the licensed brands marketing area. You will develop brand strategy, manage licensing agreements, and coordinate collections and GTM initiatives.

The role requires at least 5 years in marketing or brand management, strong English skills, proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and a data-driven approach to drive growth in an international environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management.
• Experience in eyewear industry is a plus.
• Strong data-driven mindset with advanced analytical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Solid understanding of P&L and profitability/margin analysis.
• Strong marketing planning capabilities and KPI knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and multi-project management skills.

Mansioni

• Develop brand strategy for assigned brands aligned with company objectives and licensors' goals.
• Manage Licensing Agreements and act as primary contact between Licensors and Safilo.
• Oversee collections: briefs, selection, pricing, sales forecasting and lifecycle management.
• Define annual marketing plans based on brand performance, distribution and growth initiatives.
• Monitor sales, budgets and marketing expenditures to safeguard growth and profitability.
• Drive GTM tools and training to communicate product features and value propositions.
