Who we are looking for:

We are currently looking for a brilliant and motivated intern to join our Marketing team at the Padova HQ. The internship will last 6 months and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the eyewear industry and a comprehensive overview of the work carried out by the Brand Management – Licensed Brands team.

As Brand Management Intern, you will gain experience in:

• quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales data and related reporting;
• market analysis, product positioning, and competitor analysis;
• managing the development of collections in collaboration with the Product Development, R&D, and Design departments (e.g. preparing briefs for new collections, creating presentations for new product launches, etc.);
• developing tools to support the sales force for both sell‑in and sell‑out activities;
• developing trade marketing materials to support the launch of new collections;
• collecting qualitative and quantitative feedback from subsidiaries regarding distribution strategies and product potential;
• managing relationships with license partners and suppliers (e.g. marketing agencies).

You are the person we are looking for if:

• You are about to graduate or already hold a degree in Economics or a related field, preferably complemented by a Master’s in Marketing Management
• You have an excellent command of English
• You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• You have strong analytical skills
• You are proactive and flexible
• You are able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• You enjoy working in a team
• You have a passion for the accessories and fashion industry
