The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in business or marketing, a creative mindset, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Internship experience in retail marketing is a plus, and you will work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or marketing.
• Preferably short internship experience in Marketing within a complex company preferably operating in the retail field.
• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and solutions.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and hands-on approach.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and interest in understanding performance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Excellent knowledge of the Office package (particularly Excel and Power Point).

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Brand & Campaign activities across stores and partners.
• Assist in partnership activations with GDO (materials, coordination, follow-up).
• Support the team in managing store-related marketing initiatives and communications.
• Assist in monitoring campaigns performance.
• Support promotional activities (data checks, issue tracking, basic testing).
• Assist in collecting and organizing customer feedback.
• Support customer experience initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of marketing materials and information.
• Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team on ongoing activities.
