Job summary

Philips is seeking a proactive TikTok Shop Account Manager Italy to drive GMV growth and optimize commercial performance on the TikTok Shop platform. You will manage agency partners, coordinate with marketing, and oversee pricing, activations, and spend while aligning with Philips brand guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in national account management within e-commerce, strong PowerPoint and stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to drive customer engagement and revenue

Qualifications

• 5+ years of National Account Management experience in e-commerce.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive commercial outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sell-out (GMV) performance on TikTok Shop Italy in line with objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to deliver content engagement metrics.
• Lead lower funnel activations on TikTok Shop, incl. lives and content.
• Manage portfolio and pricing strategy for the platform in line with guard-rails.
• Co-create activation plans with WE Incubator objectives.
• Coordinate with TikTok Shop Agency Partner to deliver activation calendar and brand-consistent content.
• Manage A&P and promo spend for the channel as SAP lead user.
• Track GMV, content engagement and outputs; optimize as needed.
• Build strong relationships with TikTok Account Management Team to secure brand and commercial unlocks.
• Support planning and delivery of content, affiliate outreach and ads.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends and apply best practices to Philips content plan.
