Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Naples region is seeking a THV leadership professional to coach a team of Territory Managers and Field Clinical Specialists. You will drive sales growth, partner with the management team, and interact with HQ stakeholders across multiple countries.

The role requires 8+ years of sales leadership experience, strong people leadership, and fluency in Italian and English. Experience with medical devices and interventional cardiology is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience with a track record in growth.
• At least 5 years of people management experience leading high-performing teams.
• Experience managing sales employees and working with external agents is a plus.
• Extensive medical devices industry experience is required.
• Fluency in Italian and professional English is required.

Responsibilities

• Coach, manage and motivate Territory Managers and Field Clinical Specialists to achieve sales targets.
• Support field team in sales, marketing and education activities and drive therapy growth across the region.
• Develop and implement territory/account plans and support therapy development initiatives.
• Interact with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, pricing, marketing, HR) regularly.
• Build relationships with key decision makers in assigned accounts and regional market.
