Edwards Lifesciences Italy is seeking a THV Leadership Team member in the Naples region, open to Rome and other southern regions. You will coach and manage Territory Managers and Field Clinical Specialists, drive therapy growth, and partner with multi-country stakeholders to advance patient care.

The role requires a Bachelor's in economics or engineering, 8+ years sales experience, 5+ years in people management, fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in related field (preferably economics or engineering).
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience.
• 5+ years in people management, ideally leading high-performing teams.

Mansioni

• Coach and manage a team of territory managers and field clinical specialists to achieve sales targets.
• Demonstrate strong people leadership in demanding contexts, driving motivation and development.
• Support external agents organization where applicable.
• Build relationships with key decision makers in assigned accounts and regional market.
• Plan and support therapy development activities to boost therapy penetration according to guidelines.
