The role requires a strong sales leadership background in medical devices, Italian fluency, and English proficiency, with a track record of managing high-performing teams and navigating a complex market.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related field (preferably economics or engineering).
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience with targets.
• At least 5 years of people management experience leading high-performing teams.
• Experience managing sales employees; experience with agents is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coach and manage Territory Managers and Field Clinical Specialists to meet sales targets.
• Lead and develop a regional team with a focus on therapy growth for THV products.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams across finance, legal, pricing, marketing, and HR.
• Build relationships with key decision makers in accounts and regional markets to drive adoption of therapy.
