Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Italy is seeking a THV Leadership Team member to coach and manage a field-based team across southern regions, including Naples and Rome. You will drive therapy growth and sales execution while engaging with headquarters stakeholders.

You will lead Territory Managers and Field Clinical Specialists, ensuring team development, effective customer partnerships, and achievement of targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics or engineering is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience.
• Sales and people management experience of at least 5 years.
• Experience managing sales employees; agency experience a plus.
• Extensive medical devices industry experience is required.
• Knowledge of interventional cardiology is a strong asset.
• Fluency in Italian and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Coach and manage a team of Territory Managers and Field Clinical Specialists to hit sales targets across territories.
• Provide leadership to drive motivation, performance, and professional development.
• Support field team with agents organization where applicable.
• Promote and sell product portfolio to current and new customers, building key relationships.
• Lead territory/account planning and therapy development activities to boost penetration.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, pricing, marketing, HR.
