Edwards Lifesciences Italy is seeking a THV Leadership Team member to manage an experienced field team across southern regions, including Naples. You will drive sales, marketing and education activities, collaborating with a management team of five and engaging with multiple country stakeholders and our Headquarters.

The role focuses on coaching, strategy execution, and therapeutic growth in transcatheter heart valves, with a patient-centric culture and cross-functional interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (economics or engineering).
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience, with 5+ years in sales and people management.
• Fluency in Italian and English; extensive medical devices experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and manage territory managers and field clinical specialists to meet sales targets within assigned territories.
• Lead and develop the team through learning, empowerment, and performance.
• Support field team with external agents where applicable.
• Build relationships with key decision makers to grow therapy adoption across the market.
• Plan and execute territory/account planning and therapy development activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on pricing, finance, marketing, and HR.
• Support local Marketing activities to reinforce Edwards leadership and therapy adoption.
• Handle additional duties as required.
